In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "b365", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the b365 platform accessible at b365.bio.
• "Platform" means the b365 website, mobile site, and any associated services including sports betting, casino games, and promotional features.
• "User", "you", "your" means any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the b365 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered account opened by a User on the Platform.
• "Funds" means the PKR balance held within a User's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game or other activity offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback or other incentive offered by b365 under specific terms.

By creating an Account on b365 or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an Account or use the b365 Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the b365 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. b365 strictly prohibits access or use by minors. 18+
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other entity) registering for personal use only.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your full name, date of birth, valid email address, and contact details.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or close relative of an employee of b365 or any affiliated entity.
• You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the b365 Platform. Only one Account per person is permitted.

b365 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (including government-issued ID such as CNIC) at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in suspension or closure of the Account and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each User may hold only one Account on the b365 Platform. Multiple accounts held by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") may be closed without notice, and any associated funds may be voided if there is evidence of abuse.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. b365 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify b365 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account.

b365 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at any time if it reasonably believes that:

• The Account was opened or is being used fraudulently or in bad faith;
• False or misleading information was provided at registration;
• The User is in breach of these Terms or any applicable law;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a legal, reputational, or financial risk to b365.

b365 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via approved payment methods including JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa Debit, USDT TRC20, Skrill, and Neteller. Available methods and minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the Account cashier and may change without prior notice.

All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. b365 reserves the right to reverse deposits made from unverified or third-party sources.

Withdrawal requests are subject to verification of identity and compliance with anti-money laundering requirements. b365 may require you to withdraw via the same method used for your most recent deposit. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals typically process within 30–120 minutes subject to verification status.

All bets placed on b365 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, event, or casino game. These rules are published within the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between general Terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules shall prevail.

b365 reserves the right to void, suspend, or settle any bet differently from initial acceptance if:

• A palpable error in odds or pricing has occurred;
• The outcome of an event is determined to have been subject to match-fixing or corruption;
• Technical failure, data error, or force majeure affects the event or its recording;
• The bet was placed in breach of these Terms or in bad faith.

All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game environment. b365 does not manipulate game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are provided by the respective game providers and represent theoretical long-run averages.

b365 offers various bonuses and promotions to registered Users, including but not limited to welcome deposit bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the PSL or ICC tournaments. Each promotion is subject to its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods, which will be published alongside the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable to all b365 promotions include:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Users who have met all stated qualification criteria;
• Bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings become withdrawable;
• b365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or disqualify a User from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to hedging, low-risk betting patterns, or use of multiple accounts;
• Bonuses have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts;
• b365 reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where possible.

Users of the b365 Platform are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:

• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or at any point during account use;
• Attempting to open, or opening, more than one Account;
• Engaging in any form of fraud, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Using automated software, bots, or any artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting system errors, glitches or loopholes for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access another User's account without authorisation;
• Acting in a manner that is abusive, threatening or harassing towards b365 staff or other Users.

b365 employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, b365 reserves the right to void associated bets and winnings, close the Account, and retain or recover funds as permitted by law.

All content on the b365 Platform — including but not limited to the b365 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of b365 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants Users any right, title or interest in such intellectual property.

Users may not reproduce, copy, distribute, transmit, display, modify or create derivative works of any b365 content without prior written consent from b365.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, b365 shall not be liable to any User for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or other indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Platform;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any service offered thereon;
• Any loss resulting from a User's failure to maintain the security of their Account credentials;
• Any inaccuracy in sports data or event results provided by third-party data feeds;
• Any technical failure, connectivity issue, or data loss beyond b365's reasonable control.

b365's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the value of Funds held in that User's Account at the time the relevant claim arises.

b365 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide a range of tools to help Users manage their betting activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly or monthly limits on deposits, effective immediately upon request;
• Session Timers: Alerts and automatic session time limits for casino play;
• Self-Exclusion: The ability to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the Platform;
• Reality Checks: Pop-up notifications during casino sessions showing time elapsed and amounts wagered.

A User may close their b365 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Funds (net of any applicable bonus balances that do not meet withdrawal conditions) will be returned to the User via an approved withdrawal method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

b365 may terminate or suspend a User's Account immediately and without prior notice if the User has breached these Terms, if required to do so by law, or if continued operation of the Account is deemed contrary to the interests of b365 or its user community. b365 will endeavour to provide reasons for termination where legally permissible to do so.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of b365's operator entity. Any unresolved disputes shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules, conducted in English.

Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights that Users may have under the laws of their country of residence. Pakistani players acknowledge that online betting regulation in Pakistan is evolving and are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws, statutes, and regulations.

b365 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or prominent notice on the Platform prior to taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
